What to expect when receiving your order:
Our products are subject to a flat shipping fee of $7.90 on orders under $49. All orders of $49 or more receive free shipping! Express shipping is a flat fee of $25 on all orders. LivLong Naturals is not responsible for postal service delays.
We offer via Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
When will my order ship out?
Orders placed before 1pm mst Monday through Friday will be shipped out same day. Orders placed after cut off time will be shipped next day morning. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out Monday morning.
- We do not guarantee delivery dates. We only guarantee that your order will be delivered from our warehouse to the post office on time.
- Priority Mail service has an expected delivery of 2 or 4 days from the date the order is shipped (excluding Sundays).
- Priority Mail Express service has an expected delivery of 1 or 2 days from the date the order is shipped (excluding Sundays).
- During the holiday season, it is not unusual for delivery times to extend several days beyond this window.
- We will not refund shipping costs if USPS does not deliver by the expected date.
